In this session, we will explore the five steps for dealing with difficult people in an interactive and experiential environment. Our two facilitators will walk through each step individually allowing for education, partner interaction and group sharing. Your participants will walk away with an implementable action plan for having difficult conversations.
Members will discover the five phases of conversations and how to shift themselves and others to the most productive phase.
They will be able to set up a difficult conversation as an opportunity for growth. Furthermore, the audience will become aware of their behavior and influence during a difficult conversation. Lastly, members will learn how to create accountability, growth and success.
This is one of the most transformative sessions on managing, communicating, and building relationships with difficult people. It is time to transform uncomfortable conversations into opportunities for growth!
