The Resilient Change Practitioner: Helping Yourself and Others Prepare to Thrive in Turbulence
Organizations rarely take on one change at a time. The cumulative impact of multiple changes on leaders, change practitioners, and stakeholders can be overwhelming. By developing your own resilience and helping others in the organization build theirs, you can increase the likelihood of project success and help the organization build its readiness for future changes. In this workshop, Dr. Linda Hoopes, founder and president of Resilience Alliance and author of Prosilience: Building Your Resilience for a Turbulent World, will introduce you to the building blocks of resilience, provide practical guidance on strengthening your own resilience, and describe strategies for helping others become more resilient. You'll complete a self-assessment and walk away with ideas you can put into practice immediately for yourself and your organization.
